"The work that was done was actually done well. The problem was the very next year we had many pits show up on the apron of the garage. I was told by the owner that "it was a bad year", and basically a lot of concrete suffered. No offer from him to come see or even patch the work. It was several thousand dollars to have this done only to be left with crumbling work. UPDATE: After posting a mediocre review on Angie’s List, Paul contacted me. Somehow our communications from the past fell through the cracks. He was sincerely apologetic (I believed him). He came out and inspected the problem. I was still under warranty, and he came out and replaced the outer apron and repaired the chipped concrete near the door a few days later.
