"Steve returned my initial call promptly and came over the same day for a rough estimate. I wasn't quite sure yet when I needed the work, Steve was fine with that, and gave me an estimate. As soon as my landscapers were ready to have the place cleared, I called Steve and he scheduled me in for a week later. When he came, he showed up exactly when he said he would (6:45 AM to make sure to scope out the place properly before his crew showed up), and made sure that he understood exactly what I wanted. Throughout the two days of work, Steve called me to check in and to make sure that he was doing the job the way I wanted it.
