Long story about my incredible experience so far below: Our roof and siding were older, losing grit and fading, and we had lost some shingles in a storm. After having another company out that was okay/average, I did some research and read a ton of reviews. Home Genius Exteriors really stood out from the rest, so we decided to setup an appointment. Our Home Remodeling Expert was named John and he was the best! He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home inside and out (including using a drone). He even went up into our attic mid-summer to see what was going on under the roof. He then took us though all of the photos and videos and explained what was happening. He also listened to what we were hoping to improve. He provided multiple options and recommendations and answered all of our questions and concerns. Next thing I knew we were creating models of our actual home and toggling between different colors, styles, materials, etc. John was extremely patient as it took a while for us to get it dialed in just right. He wrote up our project, helped to find some discounts and areas we could save money to stay within our budget without compromising the end result we were now in love with. We decided to get a roof, siding, windows, patio door, and gutter replacement to completely makeover and modernize our home. The next day we were contacted by our Home Genius project coordinators Tiffany and Beth to schedule our roof install and to have a technician out to remeasure and confirm our windows/patio door order. I figured it would be a while to get on the schedule...They blew me away. Measurement appointment tomorrow and roof install the next day! Our measurement technician was named Frank and he arrived on time, took off his shoes without being asked (love that), and his attention to detail was impeccable. He even went as far as to reconfirm our order and to walk us through what to expect with the windows and patio door install. That afternoon Brandon, our Home Genius Project Manager for the roof install, called to introduce himself and provide a detailed timeline for the day of the install and to see if we had any questions. He also informed us when the dumpster and materials would arrive that evening. The next morning Brandon and the roofing installation crew showed up at 7:00 and began prepping our home, including hanging tarps from the roof to protect our landscaping and even moving all of our deck & patio furniture out into the yard for protection. Then the work really started - the crew was incredibly fast and efficient! They had all of the old roof off in less than 3hrs. By lunch they were done laying the new underlayment and starting to put on shingles. They worked non-stop. The roof was finished by 8:00 and what I really appreciate, is they spent almost an hour cleaning up the jobsite and even using magnets to make sure no nails were left behind in the grass or landscaping. Brandon was terrific throughout the project. He provided detailed explanations of what was happening, provided updates on timing and progress, answered all of our questions, and made sure that the installation was perfect. He even came by the next day to do a second final walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed since it was getting dark the night before. Roof looks amazing and we could not be happier! Can not wait for the next stages of our home transformation!"

"Had a storm come through around March that caused damage to the roof and siding. My search for a roofing contractor led me to Storm Guard. After I made an inquiry for service, I was quickly contacted and they sent Bailey for inspection. Bailey conducted a thorough inspection, explaining what repairs were needed and even tarping up the damages. He also returned a second time to speak with the insurance adjuster to ensure that everything was fully inspected. Hailey and Cortney contacted me and negotiated with the insurance company on my behalf, which greatly assisted in maximizing the cost required for the repairs. As time progressed, Storm Guard went far and beyond to provide everything I needed. Approval for a brand new roof and siding for the home was obtained by them. After all the approvals, I was then contacted by the project coordinator, Tressa. All the necessary information was provided to me by her to schedule and plan accordingly with the scope of work. Tressa made sure I was satisfied with the work after the repairs/installation and any necessary adjustments were quickly made. The installation crew was always on time, finished the job in a short amount of time, and did a fantastic job with the process and cleanup. I never have worked with any contractor that had to deal with the insurance company, and I was amazed at how much Storm Guard exceeded my expectations for great service. Also, there was interior damage caused by a leaky window that was also addressed by Storm Guard. I didn't think I would get approval for the work, but with their expertise working with insurance, they made it happen. Approval was given for a small drywall patch and the entire interior was painted to match the new paint. To sum up, I am extremely happy that I discovered Storm Guard. I don't believe that any other company would go the extra mile to ensure that the insurance company doesn't cut you short on your coverage. I have always wished to make this home my own, and they did that by choosing my new colors for the roof, siding, and interior paint. Storm Guard's work is of the highest quality, and I highly recommend them for any necessary services, whether they're related to insurance or not. "Wind got ahold of siding at top of house under the roof. It couldn’t be nail back down , it needed to be replaced and I had another piece of siding that needed to be replaced, but the siding was to old to match but David the owner did a great job in finding the closest match. It looks great and I am happy with the results. The job was done in a timely manner which helped out a lot . The crew did a great job. Thanks Mary"

We needed a couple sheets of plywood replaced , then the shingles put down. My husband very picky about things like this, and he was very happy with the work. We would highly recommend."
