"The contractor did Gutters cleaning and maintenance (I had screens on the gutters, they took them off, cleaned the gutters, and put the screens back) . Also I had Roofing damage they took care of - shingles had fallen off, the wood underneath had rotted, they repaired the plywood and the beams and put back roofing materials.
