"I had a problem with the smell coming off a GE combo washer/dryer that I had just bought. I was so worried that "smell" wasn't something you could get help with. I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Everyone was a s nice as they could have been. Thank you so much, Sterling Appliance!"

"We needed a quick evaluation to determine if our appliances were causing a leak in our building or if it was coming from another source. Lucky rearranged his schedule to fit us in the next day. He was right on time and thoroughly inspected all of our appliances, providing us with details of what he was doing along the way. In the end, he noted there was nothing further he could do as none of the appliances were leaking and provided suggested follow on steps for us to take. We'd definitely call him again for help with appliance repair."

"Superb. Tested all 3 a/c systems and found/explained the problem on the one unit that needed replacing. Provided advive, options and a competitive quotation while onsite and scheduled appointment to suit us. Manjit was very punctual and kept us informed at all stages. We liked that he visited to fit as arranged but offered to revisit when it wasn't raining to avoid moisture entering the system. Always polite and particular. Cleaned up after himself and discovered another part that unexpectedly needed replacing during the fit that he swallowed the cost of. A very helpful no nonsense, no BS, and reliable firm. US Appliances are now in my go to firm for annual servicing."

"The plumber was excellent. I have used them twice and never had any complaints. The name of the company is called Energy Wise Heating & A/c inc. He is in Warrenton Virginia. The last time I used him was in October to check the pipes and winterize my system. Obviously his service was excellent. I never had to call him back. Once he came and did the job I never had to call him back for anything. I have used him for my heater and my air conditioner. In the summer time I call him and he would do a tune up on my air conditioner. He cleans it up and gives me a tune up. He checked my pipe and in the winter time he would winterize my house. I have never had to call him back. Before I called him I have had my pipes burst four years in a row. All my pipes have busted four years in a row. Since I have called him I haven't had my pipes burst. He is going to come back next month. Right now I don't know if my pipes' busted because I haven't got my water on yet. I don't know if it works yet because I haven't got the water on yet but we will get to know. He is going to come back in April and open my system up. Everything is shut now. I did have a coupon for the price. As far as the price he has been cheaper than what I have paid before. I will use him in the future. Right now he is on my top list. He is my third one and right now he is on the top list."

"McCarthy's tech and office provide quotes for repair and replacement alternatives for my gas furnace, on a Saturday morning. They arranged for a replacement gas furnace financing before the technician left, and scheduled install for early next week. Thanks guys."

"I am updating my review of 07/11/2023. Since that writing, Appliance Repair Leaders, LLC reached out to make the situation we were dealing with right. I appreciate their follow-through. While the promptness of the planned visits was not good, the technician did continue to try to troubleshoot the problem in the end, and the company refunded a portion of our money. I would recommend them."
