"The company is disorganized. For the first couple of weeks after booking their services, they kept showing up to the wrong property for lawn services. I had to constantly monitor the workers because they would move things in the yard, blocking my gate from opening. They would sometimes show up within days of each service. They damaged my neighbors wild flowers and made excuses when I asked them to refund or replace them! The workers are not knowledgeable about plants or lawns; they just show up and cut no latter of the lawn needs it or not. The last time they came, I had no growth on my lawn and they came to try and cut anyway. Even after texting the company, she still tried to charge me for the cut when it wasn’t needed and I had also reported it right when they got to my property. Very unprofessional company. Too much effort to monitor their work. Would not recommend."

We wanted accent lights installed into the hardscape. From beginning to end, our experience was fabulous. Ryan came out and walked through the project, giving recommendations for what type of light would look the best and offering a couple of options. He was quick to respond to questions, and quick to adjust quotes as needed. The installation went very smoothly. On the day of the job, the installers gave me the choice to make a final tweak - which I did. The equipment was placed where I wanted, well installed and clearly explained. "The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

"My recessed ceiling lights were flickering. There was also a sconce on the same electrical line. The company charges a one time rate to enter the house, then a fee for every 30 minutes. The electrician was in my house for 35 minutes. For ten of those minutes, he spent trying to find the light switch in his van. He charged me for that wasted time, putting the fee in the next pay bracket. Therefore, I paid $153 after the 10% Angie's List discount to replace a light switch."
