The Fixtures are fashionable as a well as dependably functionable. And the One fellow (Chris F.) is the maestro who masterfully handled the entire install. A true artisan /Craftsman. His attention to detail and pride in the job "BEST DONE" ..made me weep with happy tears. The walk-in shower is all a anyone could ever hope for.*The floor was taken down to the original 1905 beams .. and built back beautifully with dark flooring that I had chosen. I could see my cellar underneath. I have seldom been this delighted with an a man-made environment. But this is Everything."

"The work was excellent, however after the installation I discovered that I had been given very cheap product for the price I was ask to pay. I had solid and steady glass doors on the shower doors they remove. They replaced them with very cheap glass that bent like Plexiglass, I've never seen glass bend and also hung like curtains from the top only, no support on the bottom. When I told them I found the doors to be unacceptable for a senior I was told they would remove them, seal the holes and I could hang showers curtain but still pay for the shower doors they will remove. I was expecting an upgrade, instead I was given hanging glass doors for an outrageous amount. The shower makeover I ordered the salesman called it my dream shower, instead it has become a nightmare for me, I have not used this shower as I'm very afraid of using it as I may accidentally bump against the door and fall through it."

"Having been a Premier Indoor Comfort Systems customer for over 10 years, they used to be an honorable company. I can no longer recommend Premier as an honest HVAC company. The short version - Premier came out to perform our summer inspection. One of our HVAC systems could not maintain cooling. Premier claimed we needed them to perform over $2300 of "cleaning" services to restore the function of the A/C system. Their work order noted that they did not check the refrigerant level of the system - a service they advertise on their web site as part of the bi-annual inspection. Not wanting to spend over $2300 on an older system, I contacted another HVAC company for a 2nd opinion. The 2nd company performed the same service, observed that unit was over 2 lbs low on refrigerant, added refrigerant to the system, and restored the system to service for $ 349. I left (2) messages for the service manager Mark Harman and (1) for John Stezzi (business). They failed to return my calls."
