"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"We were really impressed with the care that Boe took to make sure that our custom fitted deck was exactly right for our needs. He & his team did such an amazing job. We just love our new deck! It was a challenge to figure out how to get the most out of a small space but Boe was able to figure it out. The crew was so nice to work with. I was so happy with their work, customer service and communication from their team, that when a hailstorm came through, they were 1st people I called. They did a thorough inspection and provided enough information to call in a claim. They met with the insurance company and now we have a beautiful roof that really enhances the curb appeal. During the install they were very mindful of all of the gardens I had around my home. There was a mother mallard on a nest beside the house and they were so careful not to scare her. All the ducklings have since hatched and we've spotted them in the pond at the back of our property. Proficient Construction did a great job cleaning up and was very thorough throughout the install. "CML construction, LLC is a company that you want to look for and work with. Chad provided excellent customer service to me on this project. He responded quickly to emails, got me my quote within 48 hours, and did the work to the point and degree that it was as though they were doing it for their own family. The pricing offered was extremely fair without compromising on quality of workmanship and materials. The detail that they gave to completing the facia on my roof was unbelievable. They measured and remeasured and took the time to make it right. The team that Chad sent over was personable, kind, and considerate. When they weren't sure of something, they weren't afraid to ask questions for clarification and they just didn't bulldoze forward in the project without an answer. I am very pleased with this company and their professionalism and the quality of work, and I would recommend them to anybody looking for roofing, siding or construction needs. "Overall the job went quite well. The owner Steve did an excellent presentation of what was to be done with his proposal. While not the least expensive bid we received, I had the most confidence in them based on Steve's presentation and references from friends who new of them or had used them. The bid called for 3 days of work and Steve had his crew on site bright and early on day 1 and completed the work right on schedule. The roofing system installed was done in an excellent fashion and it looks great. I did have a couple issues with some flashing and some siding corners that were unavoidably damaged during the old roof removal but Steve's site foreman repaired or replaced the damaged items (I had a piece of the siding corner material on hand) without hesitation.
The crew was very friendly and courteous and was very careful to protect the plants surrounding the house from falling materials. They also did a very good job of cleanup after each day of the job which is extremely messy as you might expect. This was very important to us in that we have a dog who has free run of the yard around the house. Very little materials have been found around the house following the work which is amazing since we had some wind during the day.
The only issue that took a bit of time to resolve and was not BH's direct responsibility was our driveway suffered some damage when the shingles were delivered and lifted up onto the roof by the shingle supplier. They use a large truck with outrigger legs to stabilize the truck when lifting the shingles. Unfortunately one of the legs was positioned on a slope and the pad on the leg made an impression into our asphalt. The problem was noted on the completion report to BH and Steve followed up with the supplier to implement repairs even though this was not a problem caused by his crew. The supplier called me back immediately, came out the next day to view the damage then made arrangements to have it repaired. Very professional and no additional cost to me.
Last but not least, Steve's office staff has done an excellent job ensuring our satisfaction. Very professional, very good customer service which is an attribute I highly regard in a service supplier.
Work quality overall is excellent, we've already had some pretty good wind and rain since the work was done and the house has remained dry as a bone. Thank  you BH for a job well done!

"Troy came when he said he would, inspected my roof, and did a great job of explaining what he did as a temporary "fix" and what he found. He then quoted me a cost for fixing the leak around the chimney and I hired him. He and his team were there when they said they would be, the work was performed, and the yard cleaned up.
