He got right to the job and was able to accurately diagnose the issue right away. Before beginning the work he explained the two possible outcomes of what might need to be done, and the cost involved with each possibility. Luckily for us it ended up being the easier, cheaper solution, but both quoted prices seemed very reasonable. Ramon was super friendly and explained everything he was doing and how to avoid the issue going forward. The whole service was completed well within an hour."
