"Nunzio has been wonderful to work with throughout the years. I own a few investment properties where I've called on Nunzio to refinish the floors, and they've turned out spectacular. Some have oak, while others are maple or older wood. Depending on the species of wood he's always recommended the best course of action and he's always made them look beautiful. He honors his quotes and does care about doing a good job, and has returned if I've needed him to. I would recommend him to friends."

"I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"Similar to other reviews Luis went above and beyond to refinish my original hardwood floors. We bought our new house and were searching for someone to do the job. After sending a couple emails, and calling for basic quotes, we went on Angi and immediately after searching for professionals Luis called. He had seen we were searching and told me he would come over the same day to check the floors and give us a quote and that was it. He set up a time to choose our stain, and even grabbed some extra so we could match our Butcher Block counters to our hardwoods. Not only did he start on our floors earlier than expected, he did an amazing job with what looked like an absolute mess before he started. We’re crazy about our floors, and even noticed that before he was finished they had added an extra touch by cleaning our air vents while the grates were off. A true professional and a good person, I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again!!"

"Installers did not come on time, two hours late. Then they had to validate that we paid Empire, which took an hour. The estimate of work was totally wrong, we were supposed to get a floating floor but the installers said they could not do that So they instead did a complete teardown of the existing floor and removed all the old tiles. The quarter round was included in the price of the materials but was never installed because we did not get a raised (floating) floor. So I think I was overcharged for the materials which were not used. I spoke to a number of persons at Empire about such issues without any resolution to my satisfaction. Besides all the problems encountered we do like the floor and it nice looking."

"At the time I was a first time home owner. Itâ s new construction so I was looking for very kind, honest, and passionate contractors who can help me make my dreams come true using a blank slate. I met Phillipo and crew and I just felt at home. Their honesty, skills, and drive to fulfill my vision was exceptional. I wanted a beautiful wood stone fire place and they created just that. I also had large beams put in on my ceiling and had them paint too. I couldnâ t believe how well they did with constructing that. They were professional, caring, and worked the entire time they were at my home. Sure there were little hiccups here and there but they had wonderful communication from start to finish and always made sure to fix any small issue that arose. I love how they have a warranty and came back for touch ups later on. They keep everything so cleanly like they were never here. Price was very reasonable as well and they can pretty much do anything from electrical, painting, all the way to plumbing.
