Initially when I found Nir on a recommendation by a friend, he answered politely and was at my property the next day. A fair estimate was given and I had to wait two weeks for the custom made chases. Remarkably the Chases were made in only a week, he called me and was there the next day and they were installed. Amazing!!! The cleanliness and professionalism with which Nir runs his business is really remarkable. The new custom made chases look great. As well during the installation process he took pictures step by step so he could explain it to me. You just don't find companies who operate like this much anymore. "I had a different company come out previously to do a sweep and inspection. I have a fireplace with a wood stove insert. The first company told me that they could not pull my wood stove out because it was improperly installed and gave me a long list of items that I needed to get fixed (some of which seemed redundant) and that I shouldn't use my chimney until all the work was complete. I didn't get a good feeling from them so I called Complete Chimney to come out and do a second inspection to see what they thought. Scott and Jimmy (I think) came out and one of the first things they did was pull out my wood stove. They inspected my chimney and talked to me realistically about what I should have done. I have an old wood stove that I am not quite ready to replace, and asked if they could fit a new liner to my existing stove. He told me the new wood stoves require a 6 inch liner, where mine was an 8 inch, but told me they could install a boot to adapt to the old wood stove until we are ready for a new one. He was professional and didn't speak down to me. Since the weather was getting cold, I was worried about not getting put on their schedule in time. Scott called the office for me on the spot, and made my appointment for me. Andrew came out to do the work with a helper. They were on time, professional and courteous. I was impressed that Andrew knew the exact work that needed to be done, he even cleaned the shelf behind the stove that the previous company did not do because they never pulled my stove out. Even though they were there for several hours, there was not a speck of soot anywhere, except the workers! Will definitely use them again! <br />"

"The technicians did a thorough inspection and determined the chimney didn't need cleaning. They explained a repair that was needed and provided an estimate for the repair. I have not done the repair yet as I don't plan to use the fireplace soon. The price is high for an inspection but it was explained ahead of time that if a cleaning is not required you still pay the minimum fee of $150. A detailed inspection certificate was provided. The technicians were friendly and professional."

"After purchasing a new home, Jeremy Merson (Trinity Chimney Services) inspected my fireplace and chimney only to find that it was not within regulatory guidance and I couldn’t safely burn wood, and the only fix was to get an Ahren Fire box. They replaced the entire firebox which, was very labor intensive, as they had to cut through two very thick steal boxes taking a few days to complete. Upon completion they ripped out all the old brick and replaced with new brick, along with prepping the chimney itself for a new steal flu. The final steps were replacing the chimney caps, spray washing the outside portion getting rid of all the black ash marks then applying a water protecting formula. Josh, Jeremy and their entire crew were very friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions and explain every step of the process. My Ahren fire place looks awesome, it’s so smooth and clean looking. I would unquestionably hire them again for any Chimney Services, as they were a definite A+ team, they did an outstanding job."
