"Contacted for a quote and got a quote in a few days. Quote was quite reasonable for the work requested (replacement of two fence post). Work was completed by the expected date. Workers were efficient, polite and complete the repairs well. Communication from the front office could be better. I had to call for appointment date, which they had made in their calendar but had not notified me, and they did not call the day before to let me know exact time workers would be coming as they said they would. Minor blips. I would hire them again."

"Mark Simpson and East Coast Landscaping were great to work with on this project. At every step of the way, Mark worked with us to get what we want, and stay within the budget we had set. They were able to completely change our backyard from a plain old DC yard with a less than ideal deck, into an oasis in NE DC. They were able to take my original plans for our yard and create a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the DC work life and stay within budget while still adding in the little extras we came up with in the last few days. The value of the work done will add 2 times the amount spent on the project once we decide to sell and move on form this house. But that will be tough to do now that we have the backyard of our dreams. I would highly recommend East Coast Landscaping for any work you are considering getting done to your house.
