"We hired mike Kelliher to make a closed in sunroom porch. He also put in new flooring in kitchen, bathroom and shower room. Mike Kelliher said it would be done in 5 days and they worked diligently to make sure all was done on time. We are very satisfied with their work."

"Jarad Davies , the Owner Operator, agreed to take on this small vinyl siding repair. He agreed to the job, arrived on time, completed the job at a reasonable and fair price. He is a consummate professional who not only did the job on time but also cleaned the vinyl siding replacement panel and the adjacent panels. I would whole heartily recommend Jared’s Island Pond exterior contractor team for both small and large vinyl siding and decks. You will be totally satisfied with their work and attention to detail. A totally satisfied customer John McArdle"

"Jones Family Remodeling (Nate and his team) did a fantastic job replacing an older portion of our existing deck and adding a large deck extension and pergola to our home. The workmanship was top notch and they made sure we were satisfied throughout each stage of the project. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend Jones Family Remodeling!"

"Highly recommended and I will hire again for future projects. Peter was great to work with from start to finish. My project was to remove an existing deck and screen room, repair water damage caused by the old structure, and build a replacement composite deck with screen room beneath. He was punctual, polite, offered ideas, and very clean. My driveway and screen room are probably cleaner now than when he first arrived. As the project was worked on he didn't hesitate to ask for my preference on things that would pop up. He planned his time well, even unexpectingly working in the rain to try to stay on his planned schedule. Price was great for the quality of work."

"My experience with this company was amazing right from the phone call to set up quote appt all the way to the very end. The crew was very punctual, neat, precise and always had the customer in mind. I am so pleased with the deck addition as well as the remodeling of our porches. Wonderful company! Would hire again for other home projects on the future."
