I decide to be proactive and get on their spring schedule for a full replacement and they ended up squeezing me in a few weeks later as weather had cooperated. He asked if I wanted him to check my chimney and oh my it was gross dirty with moss and areas where cement feel.out. He didn't pressure me but asked if I might want to finish reminder of flat roof with the rolled roofing then I would not have to think about it for years. They arrived on schedule and took great care to ensure our bushes, deck and stairs were protected from any falling materials from the roof during the job.
