"I needed a 3.5' x 3.5' concrete pad poured for a elevator AC condenser installation and I needed it done very quickly based on my tight installation schedule. Alfredo of Bravos Advanced Flatwork was extremely responsive and communicative- he responded to my bid request within an hour, worked with me that day on some unique design specifications, including a late change I needed to make to the size later in the day AND he completed the job the very next morning. Their communication was professional and timely, they made sure we were happy with the patio layout before work began, they were clear and concise on pricing, and they got the work done exactly when they said they would. "This was the second time I worked with Greg. It had gone so well the first time that I called him when I wanted a 14 x 20 building put on the back of my lot. He impressed me again with his creative solutions to some of the problems I was having, both with build and placement. He stayed in my budget and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. "Damian and his crew did an amazing job on my basement. I had at least two other contractors flake out on me and I was thinking no one would want to tackle my basement. I had multiple floods in my basement and needed a lot of sheetrock repair. I also needed a stud wall, sheetrock and electrical run for a wall I had to tear down (sump pump and drain tile installed by someone else). They handled the job no problem. Communication was excellent, they showed up on time and I never felt like they were "in the way." The workers were always polite and they left a clean work space. If I ever need more work done I would not hesitate to call them again. I feel like I have my basement back."

"They poured a poly....something coating over our concrete basement floor. The concrete was old and uneven so we didn't expect or receive a perfectly smooth finish. They did do some grinding where they were able. Very personable, able to come in a quick time frame. Good pricing. Not the greatest attention to detail - the coating didn't into all the corners, there were some bubbles and rings left, and some splashes up onto walls. But overall we were satisfied and have enjoyed the finished floor."

It was a difficult job because most of the plantings they removed were overgrown.
It was jungle.
The end result was just beautiful.
Josh was very helpful and did not mind when I changed things around la bit.
They even made time to mulch another area for me.
I would highly recommend them!
I hope to have them back next year to work on another area on the yard.

"Due to a family emergency, my husband and I decided to sell our house this year. We asked Justin to come over and walk through the house with us and give his opinion on things that should be done before putting it up for sale. He gave us a reasonable quote, and let us decide what we wanted him to do, and what we thought we could tackle ourselves. He knew our goal, and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted and were satisfied. Justin and his crew painted the main living areas of the inside of the house (walls and ceiling), remodeled the main floor bathroom, fixed and repainted some siding around the house, and poured a cement apron and re-sealed the driveway. He was always in contact with us on the progress of the projects (as we had already moved out). If we had questions or concerns, he would respond quickly. As many times as we contacted him, he was always very nice and professional."
