Joe and Brian were friendly and professional explaining the work and answering all my questions. They communicated clearly through the whole process. Joe and Brian worked so hard to upgrade our electrical panel from fuses to breakers. They also installed an outdoor meter on the side of our house. They were very thorough and took their time to make sure the work was done right. They worked from 8 am to 6ish pm the first day. Then they came back the next morning to finish the work once again making sure everything was done properly. I even got estimates for more electrical work we need to get done! He spent time discussing the project with us so we got the services we actually needed. He provided a copy of his liability insurance which my husband requests from every contractor we work with and pulled all the proper permits. He came on the days and at the times we arranged. He was very pleasant, professional and tidy in his work habits. The project was finished in a timely manner. The electrical inspector wanted additional grounding wire added to our water meter. Nick came out the next day to add that wiring at no extra cost to us. I love my new bathroom fixtures.
