We were really impressed how quickly he accomplished a major disassemble of the stove and then replacement with the needed new parts. Plus he carefully lifted the stove away from the wall, rather than dragging it, so he didn't make a single mark on our wood floor! He cleaned up everything and made sure the unit was working correctly for every function possible. "This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"It did not go well. When he was here, he worked on it for a couple of hours and took everything apart. He put in a new motor and told me it should be good for a few years. I am now having problems with frost building up around the icemaker and called him today about it. He is wanting to charge me another $65 to come back out and this was less than 6 months ago. "Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"Beware of using Corey Cooper and his wife Chelsea Cooper. They were using the businss name ?Cooper?s Home Solutions? and now after being reported for fraud and theft they are now using the business name ?The Innovated Contractor?. Corey Cooper had me send him $200 via Cash App to do electrical work the next day. He owes Cash App money so he didn?t have access to what I sent. He then requested $200 sent to his wife?s Cash App and said he would give it back when their bank account was straightened out or would do more electrical for me. He did not show up the next day, she will not refund the $200 she did receive and he won?t pay me the original $200 I sent him."

"Our washer started making a loud screeching sound in September. ASI was sent by Maytag to service it. We were quoted an outrageous $747 for repairs. Maytag agreed to cover parts, if I paid over $200 in labor. Tech came out a month later and changed every part except the two that are covered under warranty. Washer still didn’t work. It was the drive motor, which has a 10 yr warranty. It is now January 5th, and they have still not returned. I’ve spent over 12 hrs on hold. Do not use ASI if you are not required by warranty to do so. Incompetent technician and zero customer service."
