"Trust me, just call them and be done calling folks! I called them about 3pm as I saw water flowing through my yard. They asked if I had water, to which I told them no that I had cut it off. I told them I could make it until morning if needed and they asked to call me back, had already heard this from several places but no one called back for several hours later....within 30 minutes I not only had a call back, but it was worked out to have someone here that day! Then, not only did they fixed the leak at hand...they tested the pressure and found a faulty pressure regulator to be the culprit and fixed the root of the problem for me. I cannot say enough great stuff about their honesty, professionalism and work ethic for treating customers like they would want to be treated!"

"Jason Hopson and Team did an exceptional job—-the best work quality I have experienced in 35 years and the most reasonable prices. He does what he says at the price he says period! He his the total skill set to build a house from the ground up. No one has skills like his. Nobody. I was having a heck of a time getting my back french doors rebuilt as a lot of the wood had rotted. These are custom doors. They could not be bought off the shelf. Nobody in Mobile AL had the carpentry skills to rebuild the french doors. Jason and team came down from Birmingham and did the job and now I get nothing but compliments on how beautiful they look. He also rebuilt our brick mailbox, the front porch columns, the fence, the front door, remodeled the kitchen and bathroom; replaced lighting, installed kitchen appliances, painted the interior and repaired the drywall. When hurricane Sally hit, he and hus team came back down from Birmingham to clear the huge fallen trees from my yard and roof, repair the roof, rebuilt the fence and gate, installed gutters and a french drain. "Buddy did a great job at a reasonable price. I woke up to find water in my hallway and in a closet. I found a pin-sized hole in the copper piping and immediately used Angie's List to locate a local plumber with a high rating. I was in a hurry to get it fixed because I had to cut the water off to the house to stop the leak and I needed to take a shower so I could get to work. I called Key Plumbing and left a message and they called me back within 10 minutes. They said they would be out in 30 minutes (but it took an hour - my only small complaint). He quickly fixed the piping and while he was out here he repaired a leaky faucet in my master bath tub and repaired some piping coming from my a/c that he noticed wasn't sealed well. The total cost of the repair was about $165 and he didn't charge to repair the a/c piping and only charged $20 to fix the leaky faucet. I will probably use him again in the future."
