The very next day I received a call from Noah Winkles, owner and estimator and we scheduled an appointment for the following day for Noah to see my house and to discuss the project. Noah arrived on time, and spent almost an hour discussing the various options for the work I was requesting estimates for. Noah was very accommodating with helping me find ways to keep the cost of the project down, so that I could get the most bang for my limited buck. Two days after our meeting, Noah provided me with a very thorough and detailed proposal that listed all the options we had discussed with associated costs. New Life Painting was the 3rd company to provide me with a quote and they were not only the most affordable, but they were the only company who had a clearly defined bid/proposal which clearly outlined the scope of the work(including the type of paint to be used, the number of coats applied and all the included prep work such as power-washing and stucco patching).
