"J&H did the installation of the backyard landscape for us. It turned out great, we are pleased with the result. The job went a little slower than I wouldâ ve liked, but they kept showing up and working away, and it worked out in the end. We had J&H do grading, irrigation, concrete, a retaining wall, trees and sod. I like the quality of the materials they have used. The cons: concrete took too long apparently due to the limited availability of the concrete and the concrete crew. Pros: Hector presented a straightforward quote (all details in writing), which included a payment schedule consisting of progress payments for the project, we kept seeing results as we made incremental payments, and the crew was getting paid as they completed the work as promised."

"Creative did a great job on our backyard with our fencing, gates, and planting. Also timely and communicative in comparison to other landscape companies who provided quotes, but then ghosted us. We requested a list of plants and they fulfilled the ones we wanted. Only knocked off one star because we were talked out of pea gravel for our side yard. They insisted on using DG. They did not stabilize the DG. So, because our dog likes to dig, we now have DG mixed with dirt. Now need to replace with gravel. Would have been better if they had listened to our needs in the first place. I would recommend them, just be sure to tell them exactly what you want."

"Job went great! Ishmael and his co-worker Jarnel literally carried our upright piano from its current spot, up two stairs, and down two stairs to it's new spot. Each time they put the piano down, they did it gently and with great care. No bumping or dropping! Would definitely hire them again for any heavy lifting."
