He spent at least an hour looking at my roof and took about 50 pictures of my roof and attic. When he was done he explained what I needed to do and answered all my questions. At this point I decided if their estimate was competitive I would go with Zeller. Once the job started he kept in contact just making sure that the work was going well. "We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"
