Jessica, the coordinator, was very professional and excellent at keeping me informed on who was coming and when. She assigned the project to Heather, one of the project managers. She called to let me know when she was coming, arrived on time, inspected the damage, immediately knew we had a mold problem and began the work to remove the molded areas and installed a HEPA filter to clean out any spores floating around as a result of the work being done. She communicated in detail everything regarding the job -- what she saw, how she was going to fix it, etc.. etc.She even crawled up into our attic to see if there was any damage above the ceiling -- truly above and beyond. As this was an insurance claim, she worked with State Farm to ensure that everything that needed to be done for our benefit was discussed with and agreed to by our claims adjustor. I cannot say enough about both Heather and Octagon. Heather explained that the owner of the company hired professionals and everyone was expected to have at least one certification in one of the areas that Octagon provided service in.
