"Eric called me immediately, I had barely clicked on the submit button on a Saturday afternoon. He offered to come out on Sunday, the next day and I told him it wasn't necessary, it could wait until Monday. He called on Sunday to confirm the appointment and came out on Monday morning at 9, right on time with all of his equipment ready to work. We were concerned about the difficulty of removal because of how close they were to our house. Winston and his crew of five men, were amazing. The crew very carefully took both trees down starting in a bucket truck piece by piece, cleaning up everything as they went step by step. It was fascinating to watch. In speaking with the crew they reminded us of the "Barn Wood Builders" crew. They were so kind, thoughtful and attentive to our requests. I would hire them again in a minute. We thought their pricing was more than reasonable based on the size and location of the trees. The overall care they took in the removal was greatly appreciated. Also as an RN, safety is always a concern of mine, they all wore helmets, eye protection and had a protection line for the man in the bucket truck. The whole operation was top quality from start to finish."
