"How can I possibly thank Dave enough for this project?? A few months back, I contacted Dave for a quote for an unusual project: I wanted to do a major renovation to my father's bedroom in his house while he was gone on a trip as a surprise. This room hadn't been remodeled since 1990 when he bought the house, and though he'd started it a few years ago, my mother became ill and passed away, so the project got put on hold and never picked up again. That's where Dave came in. He was so thoughtful, and his work is SO stunning. He replaced the carpet with hardwood, tore out the old heating, tore out the old closets and built a beautiful walk-in dressing room. He plastered the walls, replaced the last old window in the room and trimmed everything out to match the rest of the house--all covertly while my dad was away. I revealed the surprise last night, and my father was so overwhelmed by the beautiful work that he actually teared up. Thank you so much, Dave!!!"

"In November 2024, I signed a contract for bathroom work to replace the tub, shower walls, fixtures, install a glass piece and floor. Where upon I gave a 1/3 deposit. The contract stated that work was to begin on January 6,2025. It did not start till February 19th, but was not notified till I called to confirm the start the date was on schedule. I gave another 1/3 payment when work started on the 19th. Work was completed except for the glass piece where upon I gave a final payment of 1/3, minus $500 for glass and rod installation, and finish trim around shower walls. After inspection of the job, I found it to be very unsatisfactory, plus several damages to my walls, woodwork and stains on carpets. I made several attempts from February-May to contact Bath Flip to get work completed and got no response. The glass piece was finally installed in April. So here it is 6 months later, and my bathroom work is still not completed. I have spent hours cleaning and patching walls. "

"I thought I'd provide a 6-month update on the work performed by Coen. In short, we selected them to do some minor renovations to the bedroom and living room - ceiling repair and electrical work - and then paint the entire interior of the unit. It was horrible. We settled a reduced fee and went our separate ways. Since then, we've had to remove the work they did and repaint the entire hallway, bathroom, and kitchen due to paint peeling. Based on the prior experience and having visited during the renovation, they didn't prep a single thing - the walls definitely needed that even prior to other work starting. The new contractors very clearly were able to show how the surfaces weren't prepared at all for paint related to dust under all of the layers from the drywall and other construction work they did. Not a single apology or visit from the owners to date. Don't waste your time, money, or effort on this company whatsoever."

I spent quite a bit of time interviewing and getting quotes for a major 2 story deck project for my house which included some intense structural improvements to my house as well, since some of the existing columns where in tough shape. I’m so glad that I picked Dave Pierre and his great crew to do this for me! Dave’s price was very reasonable and he was very much on top of all details. He bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy with every step of the project. His crew of over 12 years was also very skilled and often had discussions about challenges to make sure the details where the best that they could be before proceeding on the the next phases. "Dave and Kim came highly recommended by our architect and built a life changing in-law addition to our home and also took on some much needed renovations in our existing home. I'm writing this a year after the work was completed and could not be happier. The quality of the work was great and Dave and Kim kept every promise that was made. I also feel that the trustworthiness of any vendor or contractor can especially be measured when something goes wrong. While it was rare, we had a couple understandable miscommunications along the way. They were extremely fair with how these were handled. Construction costs are so high that it feels really good to still feel like it was money well spent. We also looked at other reputable contractors in the area and found their prices to be competitive. The contractors they worked !with also showed up when they said they would and were polite. Overall it was a really positive experience."
