She even planted pansies in the garden to perk up a winter landscape.  She also staged the house with furniture, pictures and plants. All this with little instruction from me. When I walked through after she was finished, I was astonished.  She then completed all the repairs needed after the house was inspected.  <br />   Her fees are reasonable. By the hour for labor and reasonable costs for materials. She knows where to get everything from paint and carpeting to dry wall. She knows the best people for services and repairs. <br />   She saved me worry and anxiety and took care of many things that hadn't even occurred to me. The unexpected money from the sale of the house and its quick sale more than covered her fees. I don't see how I could possibly have made this complicated and traumatic move without her. <br />"

"This was a large , two story ceilinged rooms painting of the entire inside of the 6000 sq feet house. It was challenging and Diane and Morgan did an amazing job. Diane found the perfect colors and then went to work giving us an entire new house. I give them the highest possible recommendation."

"The two person father and son team arrived on time and ready to work. We provided them a detailed floor plan for six rooms in our home that needed the furniture, fixtures and boxes (moved to garage and loaded in our car) and they executed. My husband and I were so happy to have our home put back together, and what took us to move in four days by ourselves only took 1.5 hours for Portland Movers. <br /> The father son team asked clarifying questions and checked with me to make sure the area rugs were placed where I wanted them before the furniture (beds, couches, etc) were moved on into position. They also didn't take a ton of breaks and were so careful moving our heavy solid wood chest of drawers and bed frames so not to damage the freshly painted walls and trim. "Lisa and Lenny were such a pleasure to work with. We staged a master bedroom, master bathroom, living room, family room, dining room kithcne, and breakfast nook in a vacant house. Lisa responded to my request for a quote in one day and was able to meet at the house on short notice. Lenny sent the quote over that evening and quickly responded to my questions about it. Their price was quite a bit higher than another stager I got a quote from, but Lisa was so much more attentive during their walkthrough, taking pictures and talking to me about what needed to be done and answering questions about what we should do in the rooms we were not staging, whereas the other stager barely said a word, walked around for 5 minutes and was done. Lisa and Lenny told me which rooms were fine to leave empty and didn't try to sell me additional room staging I wouldn't need. I am so happy we went with them instead of the cheaper option because it was well worth the cost. They did an amazing job and our real estate listing photos looked incredible. They even went to the rooms they weren't being paid to stage and rearranged any items or artwork leftover to make them look more presentable. That was a pleasant, unexpected surprise! Interest in our house the first days on market was crazy high and we got 2 above asking price offers in the first 24 hours of going on the market. I honestly believe the staging had a big part in selling our home so easily and quickly. Our close day also happened on short notice, and Lenny responded to my request to have things moved out hours after I sent it, and scheduled the move less than 2 days later on Sunday! This was our first time selling a home and had reservations about whether staging would be worth it but it definitely was, and we would use them if we ever sell a home again."
