Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. This sea wall is located at the bottom of a bluff, some 31 steps down. Geans kept me informed of the date that they were coming and arrived right on time! The men had to carry the concrete down to the water by hand. The job looks wonderful as does our new patio which we decided to add on!,"

"From the day Mike arrived at my home to give an estimate to the day of completion, it was a very satisfying experience. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell me a service I did not need. As the owner of a 90+ year old home, I have been given many, many estimates over the years for work I was told was 'critical'. I found out later that much was not needed. What I did need was waterproofing. The initial contract was signed for the waterproofing and encapsulation of the coal room and as the project was in progress I added more services. The three-man crew arrived on Monday, October 12th and completed on Friday, October 16th. We were expecting massive dust and taped every vent, door, etc. leading to the main floor. It was not necessary, as the crew used equipment to minimize the dust. I believe the price was reasonable and am ecstatic to have a dry basement with a warranty!"
