"We recently had our siding done by Gunner Roofing and can’t say enough good things. We had our consultation with Andrew and he was honest, not pushy, and even enthusiastic about the project. He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. Andrew and Joe Massari went over the project with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They stayed professional, reliable, and communicative during the whole process. Our Project Manager, Conor, kept open lines of communication and was honest about timelines, materials, etc.; nothing during this project was a surprise. Gabriel and his crew did absolutely amazing work, they were meticulous, precise, and clean. The whole team really took an out of box idea and delivered on it at 100%. "If you have foundation issues don’t waste your time calling anyone else! When the first gentleman came to look at the wall on a Saturday he was very professional. Two of my walls were in extremely poor condition and after talking to him he assured me that they can fix the walls after I had two other contractors in and they both told me I needed them rebuilt. I knew this was the contractor to get and I went into the office to sign the paperwork two days later. The crew came out a few weeks later and I cannot believe how professional and awesome the whole crew was! They showed up around 7 every morning and I cannot believe the work ethic they had, it completely went over my expectations! They talked to me every morning letting me know what was going to happen that day which I appreciated and if I ever had a question they would take time to answer it. I had wall anchors installed on four walls and waterproofing. I really feel that they went way above and beyond to get the job done CORRECTLY! I can’t speak highly enough for Matthews Wall Anchor! "<p>     This was an easier job for a contractor and Brent showed how easy it was.  Out goal was to replace the ORIGINAL cellar stairs with new stair to support 300lbs of weight.  It was pretty simple and Brent finished the job in 1/2 day.  We use the cellar to store canned goods and supplies.  I'm about 250 lbs and carrying heavy items was a concern.  The new stairs can easily support my weight and additional pounds easily.</p> <p>     the outside of the house was in need since the last home owners neglected the home.  Brent replace the damaged wood and covered the wood with a metal paneling to protect the interior.  Looks great.</p>"

"The main structure of my house is 175+ years old and has additions with flat rooves-attached prior to my ownership (in the 40s? 50s?60s?) I've had water damage at these junctures before but never in the middle of a room. When that happened, I knew it was time to have the main slate roof looked at. From  start to finish, the two gentlemen from PPM were prompt, thorough and knowledgable. They called the morning after I inquired on line.  They scheduled a time to inspect & quote on the job that was convenient for me in a matter of days. <br /> (I believe it was actually the very next day, too.)  My biggest fear was that I would have to tear off the entire roof and replace it with asphalt shingles. PPM took the time to give me a crash course on slate, explaining how repairs would be done and assuring me that slate is still superior to asphalt. <br /> The repair day was further scheduled promptly, with much respect given to me and my schedule. They arrived early and worked a long, dilligent 12-hour day.  As they communicated with each other on the job, I didn't feel like I was overhearing barroom banter (as has happened with other crews). Over and above their professionalism, both gentlemen were kind.  PPM was very respectful of the yard. As a team of two, they worked efficiently, thoughtfully and carefully. Their time on the roof was quality time, not rushed or hurried, not sloppy. And all the plants around the house were left intact!  They were amazing in every aspect,even removing an old leaf guard that had wedged itself into and clogged a gutter; plus they blocked a gaping hole where critters can get in, at a joint where the flat roof meets the slates (neither of these "while your up there" were included in the quote). Their clean-up was a dream come true, a fact not to be taken for granted. <br /> In short, there are businesses I like to give my money to because of their combined attributes: kind & respectful, knowledgeable & professional, thorough & hard-working.  I have complete confidence in the quality of their work and would use them again in a heartbeat. <br />"

"<p>We had a very bad communication problem.   I gave him a $600.00 deposit and he never got back to me except to tell me he would be there on Saturday(three Saturdays in a row) which he never showed.  He said he was having phone problems.  When he finally came his work was great.  He did everything I needed done and a little more. He dose very good work and I was very  happy with the results.  I think after this he will be better with his customer communication skills</p> <br />"
