When Mike from New Again Flooring called and said he could come give an estimate the same day, I told him to come over. His price was unbelievably good, and he said he could put the floor down the next day, and I said, "Yes, let's do it. It took a couple of hours and it looks great. "I was preparing my house which is large over 3000 sq ft to list for sale. I needed a lot of work done in a short amount of time. My screen porch was falling apart, there were rotting boards along the front of my house that needed replaced, the entire interior of house needed repainted, front of house needed repainted, carpets needed cleaning etc. I found Daniel on Angie's List and he was able to come out and give me an estimate right away. He and his crew despite having a busy schedule, completed all work in less than 2 weeks, sometimes showing up early and staying late. Also, he saved me from having to pay a plumber to replace a cracked/broken sink pop up drain that I had forgotten about which he fixed for free along with touching up marks on the ceiling in one of my bedrooms which he also did free of charge. Throughout the process he never asked me to pay him for any work he had not already completed, only for materials. His pricing was very reasonable."

"The only concern was the length of time it took to complete the job.The crew started on April 13th and completed all tasks on June 26th. The concrete work was barely acceptable, but I did to complete the job. I feel the weather was used, sometimes as a means to complete other jobs he's started. Once they got going though, they went pretty quick, and his construction skills was good."
