I had some underpayments rot due to my leak, and he replaced what of that was necessary. His flashing work looked to be of good quality and neat. He cleaned away brick scaling on the chimney, caulked and sealed the entire exposed chimney and resealed the chimney cap. His crew cleaned up all the debris and as a courtesy he used his blower and cleaned my gutters. We have had only two small showers of rain so no real test of the ultimate goal. From the quality of the work, I have confidence the problem was fixed. At this point, I would enthusiastically recommend this company. I probably have 3-5 years remaining life on the rest of my roof. I foresee engaging his services when that larger project comes due! PS: It has now been several months and several heavy prolonged rains and the repair has not Leaked."
