"Eric Adams Contracting LLC 2 is an exceptionally competent contractor at a very competitive and reasonable price. They put on a new roof, repaired damaged areas, hung a new garage door, installed new gutters, power washed, and painted our 40-year-old house. Of the four bidding contractors, they were the lowest bidders. Their estimate was well under half the price of the highest estimate and several thousand dollars under the next closest estimate. The contract was completed efficiently and professionally, with each phase accomplished with excellent workmanship and skill. I managed a home designing company in the 1970s and '80s, working with scores of contractors, so I personally know what it takes to be a good contractor. I give Eric Adams LLC and A++ rating on all levels."

"They did a terrible job on installing the siding on our home in January of 2023. They had short pieces and one piece even slid down and had to be moved up and reattached. They tried to hide nail holes on our trim with a dark putty but left them as big globs. The foreman of both crews never did show up at our home. He was working with a crew at an apartment house two blocks from us. This apartment house was owned by an attorney here in town. Tim came and listened and looked at our concerns but when they tried to fix everything it was still a disappointment to us!! I would never recommend them to anyone. We bought news doors from them, also. He replaced the patio door with a smaller door so now the wheel chair will not fit through the door. We had to rent a nail detector to find all the nails all around the house. We are still finding them two years later!"
