"We were scammed! This is a horrible company to deal with. We paid an expectational amount of money for what we thought would be superior workmanship and materials. They put our siding up once. During the time they were putting it up, obvious issues were missed and the workmanship was very poor. We communicated this to the Manager and the worked continues. Finally they sent a regional manager after months of dealing with this. They took the siding all down and replaced it. Issues still existed, and we were told we can deal with it through Warranty. They offered a concession because the job was so bad, then told us I apologize for the delay in my response. I was able to speak with my manager, and unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a concession. Should any service issues arise in the future, your warranty will cover the repairs. Exxx Bxxxxxxx Lxxx Rxxxxx Axxxx Ixxxxxxxxxxx Mxxxxxx; Communication was poor the entire time and it took us almost 5 months. DO not use this company. I am surprised Angi has them on their website. Customer service is very low on Champion Windows priority list. St6ay away, do the research and you will find this is not the only complaint."

They were thorough and particular in making sure the project (12 new windows) all fit and was in order to withstand all weather conditions. So far, SO good, and it was 2020 that they were installed. "I had such a great experience with Key. I originally wanted some gutters but found during their survey a hole in my roof that could have been very much more costly. I got my roof and gutters done in 2 weeks for a better price than I could have dreamed for for the size of my home. They also entered me into the $60,000 home Makeover giveaway with the drawing next month at their crazy fun open house I keep hearing about from some of my neighbors that have been to it last couple of years that is on May 20.
