However, they did destroy one screen and a window blind from the window they used to throw the old carpet through to the ground. I did not point this out to A & D because they did not follow up with a "post installation walk-through" as stated in their contract agreement. In summary, the sales staff did appear to be a little distant once they received my payment checks. Also, I did notice a statement lying next to the new roll of carpet that their costs was .06 cents per foot and .54 cents per yard. If that is the case I feel quite foolish -- and taken -- accepting to pay the price they offered. My wife also insists that the installed carpet in not the same sample that we selected in their showroom (she was at work during installation). Caveat Emptor."
