"Bill and his crew were nothing but professional, swift, and tidy. The original job posting was to fix a few shingles, but after Bill looked at our roof my wife and I knew it was time to replace it after putting it off for a couple years. However, Bill did provide us with quotes for both the whole roof or if we did the partial repair to the missing shingles. He did not pressure us either way, and when issues came up during the roof replacement that would cost more than the initial quote, they were only issues that had to be addressed to get the best life out of our new roof as possible. "Michael Scheinfield came when he said he would and did a preliminary appraisal. The price was considerably less than the other bid I had received plus it was a removal of old shingles where the other contractor wanted to apply new shingles over the old. They removed old shingles and found some rot so had to replace some of the plywood which added to the bid but was very reasonable. A very favorable experience and now I don't dread the rain.....porch doesn't leak at all! Will use the contractor again if I ever need it."
