"I had three bids, and Tom Lucas Fencing had the best offer, especially because he was able to deal with removing part of the driveway, while the two other companies couldn't do that. I also like to hire a small family business rather than a big company. The two competitive companies were set up with salespeople, receptionists etc. The end product looks really great. It took some time to get it done, partially because he had some difficult jobs he had to finish up and partially because we changed our plan so he had to wait for the extra material. I only wish he had been a bit more proactive about informing me of the delay. When he did come out he got it done really fast. We already have had a strong windstorm and the fence barely moved. I definitely recommend Tom Lucas, and I would hire him again!"

During the course of a home inspection, it was discovered that the foundation wall had questionable cracks throughout. Not only did Jim and his team ensure me that the inside of the block was safe but also dug down outside the wall to make sure that there was "nothing else to worry about". Hence, easing my mind of any possible future issues. He acted quickly and professionally describing everything in detail throughout the process. "Paid for 4 hours of service but received only 3 hours' worth of work. 2 hours on the first visit, and 1 on the next. Twice scheduled remaining work but did not show up either time. New toilet that was installed is wobbling. He's a nice man, and I don't like criticizing people, so I was torn between a C and D overall rating. Disappointing experience, especially since I bought the Big Deal based on all the A ratings for this service.

"We loved working with Paramount Fencing. They were extremely flexible to work with (e.g. getting an estimate after business hours, planning a day to get the fence installed). They were also very helpful through the whole process, helping us apply for a permit, and choosing materials. Their knowledge was super helpful, for example, picking the right latches to make the fence "dog-proof." They were extremely responsive to all questions and concerns, and were patient with all the questions that came through. There was a slight hiccup on placement of the pallet when the materials were delivered, and within an hour or two, Paramount had sent someone out to shift the materials to a better spot. The people who came to do the install were courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job. These guys were awesome to work with, and I would definitely refer them to anyone looking to have a fence put in!"
