"It took some rounds of phone tag to make contact with Joe, and he told me it would be a while before he could get back to me.   A month passed before I heard from him again, but when I did he scheduled his visit promptly.   He showed up when he said he would, gave me a quote, ordered the needed parts, and did the work promptly and at the quoted price.   I can't yet confirm the quality because I haven't refilled the tub, but on visual inspection, all looks good.   My only real complaint is the month that went by between initial contact and the estimate visit.  He did warn me it would be some time because he was busy, but either a more precise estimate or some intervening contact would have been nice.
