"The owner Dave Tarrance was one of five companies that gave us estimates. Crawlspace Doctor had the best price for the work we wanted done. Dave listened to all our concerns about our crawlspace and offered solutions to help us resolve the issues. During the work he stopped in personally to keep us updated on the progress of the job, which took five days. His crew was very polite and disposed of all debris (old insulation) each night."

"Unfortunately, I had a very dissatisfying experience with Ameristore, particularly with one of their workers, Ed. My drywall was scheduled to be remediated, cut out and I was told last minute by this individual that he was not planning on coming to do the work in my house. He accused me of having details incorrect on the quote I was given although when I contacted the office the information, I had was correct. This individual was very unprofessional and rude and actually made some discriminatory remarks about my home saying I needed a hygienist to come out to my home and then declining to do the work in my home entirely. I had a leak in my home as my sewage backed up. Of course my home needed to have some work done on it and that is why I contacted the company. I ended up contacting another remediation company who literally came out to my home days later and completed the job with no hassle. I delayed writing a review regarding this company but felt it was necessary based on how this individual treated me and how the company was unwilling to actually assist me as a customer but decided to uphold a very unprofessional worker. To this day I am still in dismay by how I was treated."

"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"We requested to have our sewage and master bathroom looked at after discovering a sewer leak in our master bedroom. Plumbers came and gave a diagnosis, plan, and stated they would arrive again the next day to start the project. Plumbers NEVER showed! I called the office multiple times to get an update and was supposed to receive a call from manager. It has now been over 2 weeks with nothing from him, and yes I did call again myself. I had hip replacement and the company was also aware and made it seem like they would work hard to accommodate. Long story short, 3 weeks have passed in total with no phone call, plumbers return, or project started. Supreme needs to work on transparency, communication, time management, and loyalty to customer service. Highly disappointed by this experiences and will now not recommend to anyone who actually needs to get a project done"
