"Scott did a great job at my house with repairs I would tell anyone looking for a handyman Scott is the one to hire"

"The initial consultation with Cesar and Fabrico included a thorough meeting with a variety of shingle options, colors and necessary underlayment to include any unknown snags. They were courteous and met my elderly father showing they cared about the client. The work crew was courteous, efficient and cleaned the property of all debris. In addition Sublime was able to accommodate the sunroom roof for a very reasonable price. All in all an excellent experience."

"Michael Mancini made the process of replacing my deck stress-free from start to finish! He showed up when he said he would, his quote was the best I received, and the quality of his work was great! I will definitely use him again for future projects and would highly recommend him."

"Jeff and his team did a great job with my bathroom renovation. Jeff was informative and patient when giving explanations and options, and also had great communication throughout the process. They arrived on time and were very professional. I would hire again for any other projects."

Our deck was constructed in the time snd cost stated in the proposal. … and it is beautiful . We plan to use Meza Finish Carpentry for future projects…. I’m making a list."

"Jon did an excellent job of transforming our outdated, broken bathroom into one that is in showroom condition. The bathroom required more work and time than anticipated and he was at our house everyday putting it all back together. We will have Jon return to our house for future jobs and we highly recommend him for any project that you are considering. Most importantly, Jon listens to and respects women. If there is a problem he will offer solutions/alternatives."

"

They actually hung some paintings for us because we have like a two-story wall.  We live in a raised ranch, so there?s a big wall that goes from the ground level up to the ceiling of the first floor, along the stairwell, and I wanted a painting hung up at the top of that wall.  And so I called Tom and said well who do you know that can do this and he said well we do that.  I said okay.  So he sent a couple of guys out, not only did they hang the painting, they re-hung paintings that were kind of crooked.  They just took care of hanging things that required going up a ladder, like a two floor ladder, a two-story ladder.  What they did was up a scaffolding and just did it that way, which is not something that a homeowner can do.  I just keep going back to LOPCO for everything.

"Excellent company. Did a fabulous job sanding and staining my deck. Reliable and hard workers, especially in this heat! Price totally reasonable. Worth every penny. "We were thrilled with the work that Hector and his crew did on our deck. After 5 years of self-administered staining and much mold on the deck and especially the railings, we were ready to let a pro handle the job. Our deck is large, multi-tiered and made of gorgeous mahogany, but that beautiful wood had gotten lost under the multiple layers of dark-colored stain I had applied over the years. Hectors crew came on time and the power-washing brought the original wood back to life. Hector then advised us to use a transparent stain so that the wood grain itself would shine through after staining. He was absolutely right. The staining happened a few days later and now deck looks like brand new. There were a few areas where the stain had run and discolored the white painted risers beneath the steps. We called Hector and his team came out ASAP and touched up the paint. That's customer service right there. The overall experience was terrific and the job was perfect. Thanks Hector and crew."
