"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

Stephen Almeida and his assistant were very courteous and very professional. They cleaned up everything as they went.  Stephen told us that to do one thing right would cost more than we need, So to do what we immediately needed would cost less. So we took his advice.
