"I hired this company to do a high-end renovation of my bathrooms. They assured me the renovations would look good and would be top of the line. This is not the case. They used cheap products, the workmanship is terrible, and they left my home is in a worse condition than before they started. They charged me for things they didn't do and lied to the bank telling them things were complete and withdrew the money, which is a lie. Only now are they telling me "we don't do cabinets, tile, or paint." What type of bathroom remodeler doesn't' do these things? They now have $110,000 of my money with an incomplete and shoddy job. I now have to hire a lawyer to sue them to make things right. They left a hole in my floor that goes through to the dirt below, incomplete electrical work, a shower that is of the wrong material, another shower that is not complete, laminate that is already peeling off 1 week after application. "Installers were excellent. Salesman was knowledgeable. Problem was they did not communicate. The first day the installers tore out my vanity as well saying they had instructions to replace it. On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this. They said they would open a ticket but no one ever followed up with me."

"Hired them to replace my roof in 2021, I thought they did a good job but noticed a month later that one of the workers must have stepped through a board on my roof. Instead of saying something about the broken board they nailed the shingles down to nothing. 2 years later now and the shingles are lifting, I have called them multiple times. They have sent people out twice and told me it will be fixed but then they just do not fix it. I should have hired a local. That is all I have to say."

"Everything seemed fine at first and the estimate was priced low to get the job apparently. Andy was nice and cordial and seemed trustworthy. His crew showed up early ready to work but unfortunately, they all looked like illegals and only one of three spoke English. They broke the entire concrete corner off the steps to the porch and the railing and then balanced it back in place and then pretended nothing happened, the wrought iron got damaged in a couple other places as well. The original estimate was for $1,400.00 at the end of the day Andy showed back up and hit me up for an additional $ 994.94 without any warning about the price going up in advance. So, they did get the job done but it certainly was not perfection, and the original estimate was more in line with their skill level and quality of their work, I was irritated about the massive price increase and finding the broken things after they were gone. "
