A 3-foot graden was also installed around the patio to add privacy and beauty. Frank Bergin, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to come up with various options, clearly explaining each. His crew was friendly and accommodating. More importantly, they were precise in their work and paid strict attention to detail. They did an spectacular job. Frank was in at the site each day to check on the progress of the work and seemed to have an excellent rapport with his workers. I could not have asked for better customer service. I now have neighbors all around me commenting on the gorgeous patio I have. I am pleased beyond words and would highly recommend Bergin Property Management to anyone."

"The work turned out great. The joints are tight and lined up well. The corners were curved to add a nice touch so the pavers had to be cut along with cutting the smaller brick border bricks. I had about a 2 foot slope of land under the patio and a large slope for the path and step area. This work was done by 4 guys over two hot July days. The bobcat helped dig and rough level it. A lot of material was moved around along with at least 4 pallets of pavers and the blocks for the steps. To finish it off, they put down top soil, grass seed and hay was placed down to finish the job off very well."

"First they were flexible with their asking price by lowering their original estimate to fit my budget. Their craftmenship was good they just lacked that finishing touch on their work for example sanding some rough edges and manufacture decals on the wood where it can be seen on the deck, but otherwise their work was professional."

"Overall we are extremely pleased with the outcome of the project. Although there was a long delay in starting the project due to weather conditions, once things got going they were honest, punctual, professional and the results are amazing. Ken worked with us the entire time on everything from the design (which we changed a few times) to the colors we eventually chose. The patio has a border that is a different color than the rest of the patio which requires 2 pourings. On the first attempt to pour the border, Ken did not like how it was coming out because the batch of concrete they received was not mixed properly. He called me to inform me of this (we were not home while they were working) and told me they were going to rip it all out and re-pour with a fresh batch. In my opinion, this shows their honesty and integrity. Everyone who sees the finished area remarks how great it looks. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out."

"Juan and his father were attentive, punctual, and extremely professional. They consistently under-promised and over-delivered. The weather was a challenge all along this summer, but they were very good at working between the storms to get the 3 parts of the project done: concrete removal, coping installation, and paver installation. In short, they did everything possible in order to get my kids able to use the pool; all without sacrificing quality or workmanship. The finished product was stunning, with praise coming from family, friends, and neighbors alike. Most importantly, we are enjoying a pool that will last for years to come! Highly recommended old school customer service and workmanship. In addition, they get an A+ for job clean-up and review of the job. Note - I had given them a test run the year before to remove and replace my front porch; going from a cracked tile surface to a perfectly installed flagstone surface. "Had used another company previously but was looking to change to another company. Found SealPro on this site, and after reading some reviews and checking their site I called and asked a few follow up questions. Satisfied with the answers I retained SealPro. There price was competitive with what I previously paid, but I can't say if the price was high, low or just right since I didn't get other estimates. Had to wait a while for them to schedule me, and that happened only when I called to inquire as to when they might be coming. I was told that due to the amount of rain they were a bit backed up (reasonable answer) and they could actually schedule me in a couple of days. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and the driveway looks as good as one could hope for given what sealing does. The few questions I had when they were on site were answered well, and I felt very comfortable with my choice. Just have to manage your expectations because there were a few imperfections and I actually consulted someone I know out of state who explained to me what causes those imperfections, in that sealing is not a resurfacing and imperfections that were there previously sometimes become more noticeable with a fresh application of sealant."

"Steve Rich responded to my Sunday email quote request the same day and arranged for a property survey the next morning. Despite the fact that the DOB had no record of a tank being removed, the survey showed no tank present on my property. As follow up, soil samples were taken at the tank "grave' and a report (fortunately clean) was completed and submitted to the DOB. All taken care of within a week. My home insurance was reinstated before the insurance company's deadline to remedy their objection. Steve and his staff were very communicative and helpful throughout the process. I can't recommend them more highly."

"Great. They came to the house and did an estimate. Then we went to the showroom and picked the materials. Then we set an installation date. They took no money up front and didn't ask for their fee until the job was complete to our satisfaction. They did great work, neat and fast with a 6 man crew plus the boss. They surveyed the ground and established the grade to slope away from the house. My wife and I are both thrilled with our new patio and I would hire Scanapico again without hesitation!"
