"Great guys that love doing great work."

"We hired Smoky Mountain Deck builders to replace an existing deck and pergola, with some design changes. They worked with us to achieve what we wanted while making some good recommendations, and the end result is well-built and beautiful! Jason and his team were great to work with, and Christian was helpful and responsive. We would hire them again without reservation."

"Plan-It Green recently helped us with adding some landscaping updates and a hardscape porch and steps. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and have received numerous complements from neighbors. We have a semicircular driveway with an island in the front that contains a huge electrical box and other utility poles which are quite unattractive. The area was just very blah and we had lost a tree and some plants from our winter cold front. Jordan and his crew, Terry and Alex, installed a stacked stone raised bed within the island giving it 2 levels, planted a weeping cherry and other plantings, bushes to help hide utility boxes, and pea gravel in rest of island. They also added plantings to our other beds, some more boulders, mulch and a small waterfall. It all turned out beautifully! Jordan kept us informed and updated all along the way and Terry and Alex did beautiful and professional work. Would definitely recommend."

"GREAT CREW!!! From initial consult to finish, the process was hassle free. And they left no mess!!! Had a final walk through with Roger and I am very satisfied. I didnt get any surprises like overruns. I have and will continue to refer them."

"The experience was mixed.  The first half of my job went really well.  I got exactly what I wanted and it was well done.  The second half of my job in the back that was done the second year, I had a couple of problems with that and I haven't been able to get them to come back.  It is supposedly guaranteed work; but they set 4 lime stone stairs for me and didn't put the proper base.  The rain has washed it out from underneath.  I can put an arm underneath the stairs like up to my shoulders.  I have called them so many times and they always say that they will come out to look at it; but it just doesn't happen.  I am really pleased with what's here, but a couple of things need to be addressed.  I know they are at the height of their work season and all that.  When they were here, they were nice guys and worked hard.  Their work is good.  I think they just made a mistake in this one place and another place just needs addressing, that's all.  The portion of the work was good.  I am trying to get them to resolve all this.  I have used them twice.  I like them enough to call them back.  I like the young man and I don't think he is fundamentally dishonest.  He is not taking care of the business like he needs to.  It is like 95% being happy and 5% of the things that needed to be done."

"I’ve had Stefaniak Construction replace my decking and railings, install exterior french doors as well as windows, and several smaller tasks and am extremely pleased with how they all turned out. Will be hiring them for more projects in the future."

"The job was absolutely beautiful the workmanship was incredible and the communication was easy. I would definitely recommend."

"We got to spend about a month with these guys as they removed 2 decks and a brick walk and built us a new front walk and patio and back deck. It ended up being a longer time than anticipated as we added things for them to do when we saw the quality of the work as it was in progress. One of the perks of retirement was being able to sit and watch the whole tearing down / building up process. The attention to detail was outstanding from the job site manager to the fellows prepping the site and picking up the debris. All were courteous and always asked if there was anything else the could do for us. They went above and beyond (even over state lines) to get the materials needed to make our project ideas become real. Unforeseen changes that had to be made to accommodate our unique site were taken in stride, with a smile even. At times they provided us with unintended entertainment like watching the supervisory crew figure out how to unload the sand remaining on the trailer from the ton bag of sand - then pulling it off with sheer man-power, themselves. This was a great example of the teamwork that was apparent throughout the job. There were times when communication got a bit muddled by they always got things straightened out. Our thanks to the whole crew....Robert, J(ustin ), Anthony, Bubba, Ron, Ryan, Andy and crew, Jim and Zeke, and Wendy. Hope I didn’t forget anyone! Sue and George 33"

"Excellent and reasonably priced. Would use them again."

"They did a great job. They built a solid surface which held up nicely once the structures were installed."
