"Sergii was very professional, flexible, communicated well, and was able to pull off my vision for a black marble fireplace without cracking a single piece of tile. He was also able to see and fix problems from previous renovated areas of the project so that installation would be safe and last. "Derek came out to the house around 10am on Wednesday, He was up on the roof in less than two minutes and started working. He removed all of the old flashing around my chimney and completely rebuilt it and sealed it. Looks much better than before. He then ripped out three places on the roof where some of the plywood beneath the shingles was water damaged and need replacing. He installed new ice and water shield in those areas an re-shingled the area. Derek took down an old satellite dish that was long past any service contract. He sealed all of the penetration's from any hardware used to secure the dish to the roof and hauled the old unit away. He replaced a lot of various flashing around the roof and only adjusted the flashing in other areas. Sealed all the exposed nails on the entire roof. Where there were any vents on the roof for sewer gases, ventilations form the range, bathroom ventilation fans, attic venting fans: He completely removed them, shingles and all, then he installed new ice and water shield, replaced the flashing, re-shingled them, and completely sealed around each vent. Derek worked from the time he arrived until he put his ladder back on the truck. He even went around and blew off my driveway and my deck. Really, beyond what was quoted. He was knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and didn't leave anything behind. I couldn't have had a better experience with a roofer. I would hire Skyview Roofing again without hesitation. "Two well muscled young men climbed up to the roof and blew the leaves out of the guttters . It was the clean-up afterwards that left me unimpressed, they blew all those nasty dead leaves around a little some into corners, and left."

"Reading such positive Angieslist reviews, I was expecting more!
I was surprised to find dust and dirt in crevices that a good vacuum job could have cleaned- Especially since other reviews specifically say that their car was clean, down to the crevices. I will mention that stains on the fabric seats were still visible (although I do understand that some stains may be impossible to totally remove). Also, if the exterior wash was done, it was not done well- There was still even bird droppings left on the windows!
The price would have been great if the quality of the work would have been better. I do not think I will use again or recommend this service provider.

"Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."
