As an example of their professionalism I offer this event: Last week we were having problems with our well pump. I called Tuckey Mechanical and asked if they could come to determine what the problem might be. Shortly after I called the office, one of the company's electricians called me about the matter. He told me up front what might be causing the problem and advised me that I should contact a well company to have it fixed. The company could have sent a technician to our home to investigate, thus incurring a cost for the visit; but it did not, thus saving me money. When I did call a well company, they came and diagnosed the problem to be exactly what Tuckey's electrician said it likely was; they fixed the issue immediately. This event shows how The Tuckey Companies do not take advantage of their customers but, instead, keep their clients' interests above their own."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
