I wanted him to meet at my house to see the attic to finalize a price. Rick and Jim met me this morning, looked at the attic and gave me a price. I agreed on their proposal and he did the project right away. Two hours later I had an attic with an R49 value again. The home is 17 years old and the insulation had shrank to about 4-6". I was well please with their knowledge and professionalism that Rick and Jim used on the installation and the answers to my questions that I asked of them.
