Leneva home improvements was a suggestion from Facebook. The owner Corey is professional and trustworthy. I hired them to do the job and about a week later I had a major leak inside my house. They quickly rearranged their schedule and ended up coming out weeks earlier to replace my roof. I also had a damaged overhang above my deck that was ripping away from my house and they removed that for me and patched up the house with new siding so it looks like there was never even an issue there. I would highly recommend the company. They are fair and trustworthy. They updated me every step of the way and kept in constant communication. I feel so much relief having my new roof before the winter starts!"

"I can't say enough wonderful things about Caron Roofing and Construction. From getting their estimate and the actual installation. They were prompt in their response to my initial inquiry regarding an estimate. The price was reasonable and I elected to have ice and water shield put on the entire roof rather than just the first two rows which was a little extra money . Justin Caron - the project leader, was very precise and extremely helpful even suggesting what color shingles he thought would look nice on my house. I had no idea what color I should go with, I just knew I didn't want black. I chose "slate" as Justin suggested. All the stock was delivered the day before and One crew member showed up at the house at 7:15 a.m. and the rest were here by 7:20 a.m and began immediatley started stripping all the old shingles off at 7:35 am. There was a crew of about 7 and while some were stripping the exisiting shingles, others on the ground was doing cleanup. These guys really knew what the were doing and how to do it. They all were very friendly and respectful. They all worked very well together as if they had been together for years. Justin said they would have the job done in one day and it was completed in one day. When they were finished I couldn't believe how beautiful the roof was and I was so happy I took Justin's color rcommendation. After they all cleared out, my yard, my porches and deck were spotless (like no one had been there). I got into my car and drove by my house three (3) times just admiring my new roof and appreciating the pleasant memories of the job I was dreading most. No dread, no apprehension, it all was a pure pleasure and great satisfaction. No more worries about shingles blowing off my roof or potential leaks in rain, snow or heavy winds. We already had torrential rains and high winds since the new roof and NO PROBLEMS. "I was in need of roofing services ASAP. Shawn and his crew had replaced the shingles on my home in Sanford last year in 2016. Given the professional work rendered in 2016, it was a no-brainer to seek them out again in 2017. Within 3 days of calling them and meeting with Shawn on site, his crew was on-site bright and early. They finished the 18+ square job in one day. This job included replacing the shingles on the main building, two attached porch roofs and a basement entrance. I was most impressed with the clean up after the job. I have not found a single as of this writing. I would recommend Shawn and his crew anytime, any place for a quality job done correctly."

"It was all right. Competitive quote, but then $2500 in additional costs were added on discovery of former cedar shingle roof under the existing asphalt shingles. Understandable. Small leak in previous roof was fixed; all dry through the winter. BUT: Removal of old roof was VERY messy. Crew did not tarp off areas below well enough; we were removing nails from our lawn and driveway for MONTHS afterwards, and even lost a tire to an errant nail. Siding and deck were scuffed and dinged from falling materials, with only some cleanup. Gutters were left filled with grit and debris, despite numerous reminders to clean them. Crew (from away) worked very hard, came back to clean up (mostly), and were done in two days, including some work after dark. Still, due to the mess, would not recommend for jobs requiring a white-glove touch like historic properties or homes with new paint jobs."
