We had seen and signed with the salesman, Ethan, on July 22 and was promised our roof would be installed by July 31. The completed results were very satisfactory, thanks to the roof workers but the process from beginning to end was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The fact that the salesman did not even see that we had 3 layers of shingles and could not put the metal roof on without removing the shingles first, the lack of communication, calls and texts Not answered, 3 appointments made and no one showed up, not even a phone call to cancel. The promise of 2 days compensation for the days off my husband had to take to be present and they hadn't called to cancel; the extra material we had paid for was taken instead of left behind as my husband had asked.
