"GREAT. They also fixed a nail hole that was really obvious in my living room ceiling (two story so I could no way reach that high on my ladder). They took care of my house, were extremely pleasant, and everything was back in its right place when I got home on Day 2! This will be the third time I've used them - twice on interior and once on exterior. maybe twice on exterior come to think of it. They are very much in demand so it took a while for them to get to me, but I wasn't in a particular hurry."

The service person who came was very professional and cordial.  However, he as unable to determine what was leaking under the sink.  We had him install a faucet at the kitchen sink while he was here and that went very well, so we called them again when we needed the shut off valve replaced in March 2014.  The total cost for the 11/13 visit, including the cost of the Angies' List coupon, was $118.75.

March 2014:  Again very professional and prompt.  But, did not have necessary supplies to replace the shut off valve.  The charge for the visit was $72.00 and no work was actually done.  They were, however, very helpful pointing us in the direction of someone who could start the ball rolling to help with the water main leak.  The different plumbing service we ended up using to replace our water main line was able not only to quickly replace the shut off valve in the basement but also took a look under the kitchen sink and took no time to discover that indeed there was a leak in the neck of the drain and repaired the problem.

They are good at what they are able to do but I don't feel after our experiences that I would consider them a full-service provider and you don't know that until you've incurred a service call.

"The workers were friendly and professional, and showed up when they said they would. They performed the required services, and when I asked if the staining might be a little uneven, they redid the entire deck. They also pressure-washed the algae-stained brick at my request, which was apparently not included in the original price, but needed to be done. They told me that the doors on the shed were rotting at the bottom, and for a very reasonable price, repaired the doors before restaining them. The doors would not rehang properly, so at my request, they moved the hardware around a bit so the doors worked. They also cleaned up after the job, and left the worksite in good condition. They did request partial payment after each phase of the job, and were faithful in completing the job so that we were happy with it. Because they were so busy, we did have to wait a number of weeks for them to apply a second coat of stain, and it turned out very well. The thing I liked best about this company is that they made sure I was happy with the work, and if not, they did whatever necessary to satisfy us. They were also reliable in doing what they said they would. I will try to post a picture of the deck if it ever stops raining."
