"Mark Mason did excellent work. He replaced the glass door of our oven that had shattered. He completed the work quickly and carefully and his price was extremely reasonable, almost half the price of the other bid we received. Not only did he take care of the job we hired him to do, he also looked at our dishwasher that was broken and assessed and diagnosed the problem. He made a commitment to come quickly to fix it, also at a very reasonable price. He is an honest and hard-working person who is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"BA Distributing LLC was amazing! The service tech was prompt, professional and very skilled at his trade. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator. He had to go across town to retrieve the part needed and fixed our refrigerator quickly. The customer service BA Distributing provides is amazing. They are now our appliance repair company."

"They took a look at things and said we would need a new magnetron. The quoted price for the part was nearly $400, so, we declined to proceed. The service man was friendly and clean though.
