I was amazed at their attention to detail (sanding down the old plywood before installation!) and triple sanding the new hardwood before applying stain. As someone who has personally installed hardwood, I can say from experience that their cuts and selection of board lengths, quality of material and precision in tough areas, etc. was EXCELLENT.
