"A&W representatives were very professional and provided us with a clear explanation of the damage and the options for repair. A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend A&W to anyone needing roof repair work."

"These guys were great! This project took a while to complete because of weather & tedious nature of having to cut each piece to fit but these guys were good. Kenny, I believe was his name, was foreman and he took every step possible make sure it was done correctly. We had some super hot days to be working on a hot roof but they did it! Any concerns we might of had, they took the time to answer questions and make sure we were happy. The roof turned out beautiful and we get a lot of compliments on it. They are a family owned company with their own employees and take pride in their work. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone."

Thankfully, Chris was able to come out on short notice and take a look at it for us! He was incredibly friendly and professional. He showed us a picture of the roof where it was leaking (it was a simple, unfinished caulking situation), grabbed his caulk gun, and hopped on the roof to repair it right then and there! A few days after he repaired our roof, we were hit with a pretty severe thunderstorm, and Chris' fantastic work held up perfectly! "Dustin Adams has done a lot of work for us, from installing and finish metal roof with trim work and installed gutters. I had a local roofing company replace our roof and had an interior leak. He came out and repaired what the roofing company messed up. Had several pieces of siding that need replaced and his workers were quick, professional, thorough, and replaced in a timely matter and under quote. He also replaced the man door on the back of garage that again, i had someone highly recommended and that job was too big for him, but Dustin Adams corrected it with the new install. He saved me several thousands of dollars on a vent stack he said because it had surface rust, there are still 2 interior walls. He cleaned it up, painted it, and buyers liked how it looks. Dustin comes in a explains what needs to be done and doesn't give a vibe of someone looking to make a quick buck and not completing the job. He does clean up and I've used others that don't. I've recommended him to others"

I did, however, express my displeasure over his late arrival to this project. He did apologize and admitted he should have been on time. Overall, I believe he completely repaired the leak."

"I started by reaching out to a number of local roofing companies. In particular to a prior company I had used before Because of good experiences. Ultimately, I found out that the sales team at H&M was absolutely phenomenal. The communication was great. They worked with me to help me understand exactly what was going to happen. They helped me with my particular budget for the customizations that my roof needed (Including new flashing, and a new vent or two, and installing a solar roof vent). That being said, Jill did an absolutely phenomenal job. She was responsive, took her time and listened to my concerns and feedback. Ultimately, my roof looks great, the leak I was having from the flashing is gone, I now have solar power For my attic vent. Iâ m very happy with the way this turned out. Probably the biggest issue that I experienced was that I found that there was a language barrier between the labor force, and the sales side/operational side. My wife and I were under the impression that our carport roof would match the main roof In terms of color (black). Ultimately, A white roof was placed on the carport. Additionally, We had some wood rot that we wanted to have repaired, and we communicated that initially. Unfortunately, when the job was complete the areas in which there was wood rot had not been replaced, and the labor team had to come back out to fix much of it. When the project was done, we had a ton of leftover wood that I had painted to be hung up, but it ultimately was not part of the labor quote, and therefore they didnâ t touch it. (I made a cornhole set). In summary, The sales team was absolutely phenomenal and I loved working with Jill. But I do think that operation there could be some improvements. The roof looks great and the gutters are now seamless with gutter guard (no more gumballs)."
